How we protect your information

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Health information is managed through Cliniko, our practice management system, which is fully GDPR compliant. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.

Data retention

We retain clinical records for 8 years in accordance with Irish physiotherapy regulatory requirements. Contact and booking data is retained for the duration of our clinical relationship and deleted upon request thereafter.
